All products are sent from France and each product has it’s maximum delivery estimate displayed next to them. Larger objects like furniture may take longer to arrive compared smaller accessories. Bare in mind that the delivery times are also subject to change based on the availability of stock. We will always do everything we can to make the delivery as quick and pleasant for you as possible.
We’ve partnered with the Omniva freight service for deliveries. As a standard procedure you will be notified when the package is ready for pickup at one of their parcel terminals. When delivering directly your home, then bare in mind that the delivery will be made with a 2-4 hour accuracy. If that time period is not suitable, then a new time can be scheduled.
In addition to Estonia we also accept orders from Latvia and Lithuania. The cost of delivery will be calculated on the payment page prior to confirming payment. If you are not in one of the above countries, then please get in touch with us via support and we we’ll do our best to arrange a solution for you.
In the event of an error or if your product got damaged during the delivery please let us know via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org so we could exchange the item for you. In order to make the process as smooth as possible we will send you postage label for the delivery back and send out the replacement item within 48 hours from receiving the item.
